Please note:

The only elements of this premade brand that can be customized are:

• Your business name (not the logo mark)
• The colour palette

All files will be sent in digital and print formats. You will receive PNGs, JPGs and open AI/PDF files for all your branding elements.

Please note that the logos and icons will change slightly depending on the length of your business name and tagline.

HOW IT WORKS

Step One

Choose your brand. Purchase the brand kit that resonates with you most!

STEP TWO

A questionnaire will be sent to you. Finish this so we can start customizing the brand kit for you!

STEP THREE

The first design draft will be sent to you. This includes the logo, submark, etc. Approve this or get the option to make one revision.

STEP FOUR

Receive your beautiful customized brand in all the formats you’ll need within one week of purchasing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• How long will this take?

  After receiving your initial questionnaire, you will receive your branding back within one week at most!

• What do I get to customize

  When purchasing this premade brand, you are able to change the name to your own business name, as well as your own tagline. You are also able to change the colour palette.

• Wil I be able to edit them?

  Final files of your logos cannot be edited as they will be delivered as outlined vector files.

• Will I get the fonts?

  Legally, I am not able to give you the fonts, but I do give you the font files for personal use, as well as a PDF with links to purchase/download the fonts. 

• How many revisions are included?

  Your purchase includes one revision only to the customizable elements. If you require further changes after that it, it will be charged at hourly rate of $25/hr.

• Can I get additional elements designed for me?

  Of course! If you would like additional marketing materials like business cards, thank you cards, etc, email us at cam@meraki-design studios so we can provide you with a quote.

• Do you only sell these once?

  No. These are meant to be fast and affordable, and each one is sold up to three times. The brand will be customised for your business with your business name, colour palette, tagline but not exclusive, as they will be sold more than once.
  
  There is an option to be sold exclusively to you for $650, if they have not yet been purchased. Please email us at cam@meraki-designstudios.com to inquire.

• What if I want a custom logo?

  I definitely create custom logos and branding. You can learn more here.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Due to the nature of digital products all purchases are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All designs are copyright to Meraki Design Studios and should not be resold, copied or redistributed.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to a questionnaire.

Please fill out a questionnaire for the changes being made that is submitted back to me. That includes business name, tagline date established (if applicable) and color palette preferences.

After filling out the questionnaire, expect an email from me with a timeline and initial brand design. Approve this or you have the option to make one revision.
