The easiest way to keep moving forward is through momentum. Just like a rocket takes a lot of energy to launch, so do we. But once we're going, it's a whole lot easier to keep going. It's time to start getting the momentum going toward the life I dream of. To keep the momentum going in my business. Either way, the time will pass.

5 years will still be 5 years, whether I've taken the step toward becoming my higher future self or not. But I know that the feeling of looking back knowing that I'm where I dreamed I'd be is gonna be a hell of a lot more rewarding than wishing I had taken that first step.

So here's to the 5 year reunion. Rocking up in my dream car, looking fabulous, husband by my side, successful business under my belt, aligned and thriving 🫶🏽 I'm here for it.

Remember, the time will pass anyway. So make it worthwhile.

Day 4 of the @manifestationbabe masterclass brings me back to what I felt after the visualization on day 1 — I have the power to change my life at any moment.

Just because we've been programmed since childhood with certain beliefs and ways of thinking doesn't mean that we're doomed to be stuck like that for the rest of our lives. We have the power to start making the necessary changes to be our higher future selves without outdated ways of thinking holding us back. I can reprogram my money beliefs, my views of success, of how the world works 🙌🏽 I don't need to sit by idly, there are so many ways for me to work on becoming the best version of myself, including removing anything that's standing in my way (like my own conscious mind).

F*ck the FUD—fear, uncertainty, doubt—the theme of day 3 of the @manifestationbabe Glow Up Masterclass. And let me just tell you, there's been a lot of FUD going on around here. It's hard not to let these feelings creep in.

But besides my newfound perspective around FUD and manifesting, the highlight moment of this session was how Kathrin framed uncertainty. As someone who is a control freak, I don't enjoy not knowing, so naturally, the word uncertainty has always had a negative connotation in my mind. Now I have a new way of looking at it. Uncertainty gives life fun and excitement. It keeps things interesting. It works actually be boring as hell if we knew everything that was about to happen.

Also, #thankyoufortheunnecessarystrength = game changer 🙌🏽

Day 2 of the 5 day @manifestationbabe masterclass left me with lots of thinking to do. But the one thing that stood out was the analogy Kathrin used about not having to worry about how we get from point A to point B. It's like entering a destination on a GPS system. It brings up the map that you need to follow. We just need to follow it. The same goes for the manifestation process. You just need to trust it and not become fixated on the HOW.
